----TransAtlas Search Tab
TransAtlas web interface offers the possibility to query our database of conformational transitions from the Search Tab of the Search Section in three different ways:
Regardless of the type of search used, the set of conformational transitions found will be presented in the Results Tab of TransAtlas Search Section.
From Conformational Transition
TransAtlas database can be queried from a particular Conformational Transition code, stating initial and target structures as PDB codes (with optional chains). For example: 1ake to 4ake or 1ake_A to 4ake_B.
From PDB / Uniprot Code or FASTA sequence
TransAtlas database can be queried from a particular PDB code, with optional chains (e.g. 1ake, 1ake_A) and also from a particular Uniprot id (e.g. A0A5B9). It is also possible to upload a protein sequence, that will be used to find the closest homologues with known 3D structures simulated in our library.
