TransAtlas:

Atlas of Protein Conformational Transitions

TransAtlas Web Interface Overview

TransAtlas web interface allows to query and browse our Database of Conformational transitions, visualize and analyse the generated trajectories, and study and download atomistic models built from the conformational trajectory most representative snapshots. TransAtlas web interface is divided in four tabs: TransAtlas: Atlas of Conformational Transitions Home

  • TransAtlas landing page, with a brief introduction and statistics about our database of conformational transitions.

Search (Query TransAtlas DB)

  • Search from Conformational Transition (e.g. 1ake_A to 4ake_B)
  • Search from PDB code (e.g. 1a32)
  • Search from Uniprot code (e.g. P05766)
  • Search from FASTA sequence (e.g. ALTQERKREIIEQFKVHENDTGSPEVQIAILTEQINNLNEHLRVHKKDHHSRRGLLKMVG)

  • Browse Database from CATH fold (e.g. Alpha Beta - Roll - P30 Protein)
  • Browse Database from Conformation Transition Ontology (e.g. Fluctuations - Transitions - Rearrangements)

TransAtlas (Analyse Conformational Transition Trajectories)

  • Examine Protein Sequence & Structure Information
  • Examine Conformational Transition Information

  • Visualize Conformational Transition Trajectory (Collective Variables, Moving Parts and Residue Contacts)

  • Analyse, Visualize and Download Atomistic Models from the Conformational Transition Trajectory

  • Link analysed trajectory to PDB, MoDEL, MDWeb and FlexServ IRB Flexibility Servers

Help

  • TransAtlas help pages, with information about the web interface, database, links to other flexibility servers, and biased MD tutorials to use with the available atomistic models.
