The BioExcel Building Blocks team has developed a template with wich you will be able to prepare your own BioExcel Building Blocks. You will find this template in GitHub, you just need to clone it to your computer and start the development.
For the sake of helping you with this development, our team has also written a broad documentation available in Read The Docs format.
But first of all, please follow the next steps:
Do you want to wrap up your tool with BioBB's?
First off, please read the official documentation available at Read the Docs.
Once you are ready, download from GitHub our biobb_template.
Use the biobb_template to develop your own BioBB.
Once you've finished and run the tests, make a pull request to our GitHub.
Our team will check your code and, if necessary, make the appropriate arrangements.
Once the request has been accepted, your BioBB is ready for launching.
Congratulations! Your tool is now part of BioExcel Building Blocks!
